This PR fixes issues with pre-commit hooks and commit message validation:

• Fixed the lerna.json file which had syntax errors with escaped characters
• Uncommented the commitlint command in .husky/commit-msg to enable commit message validation
• Updated scripts to use pnpm exec instead of npx for consistency
• Ensured the hook files have proper execute permissions
• Set the correct Git hooks path
